Responsibilities:
1. Edit raw podcast recordings, cutting out errors, pauses, and irrelevant content.
2. Add music, sound effects, and transitions where necessary to enhance the podcast experience.
3. Help structure podcast episodes for maximum engagement, ensuring content flows logically and naturally.
4. Work with team to identify key takeaways, soundbites, or segments for promotion or social sharing.
5. Ensure timely delivery of final clips for publishing on various platforms.
6. Review the finished podcast for sound quality, content flow, and alignment with the brand's voice.
7. Provide suggestions for improvement and optimization of future episodes and make sure to meet deadlines for regular podcast releases, while maintaining high-quality standards.

**Requirements**:
1. Can handle the entire editing process independently, from clip selection to the final product.
2. Proven experience of 4-6 years in editing, preferably for podcasts, radio, or media production.
3. A strong portfolio of previous podcast editing work or relevant media content

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
