**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Edit high-quality, engaging videos tailored for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and other digital platforms.
- Work on storytelling-driven edits: cinematic full film, promos, reels, cinematic shorts, podcast, and branded content.
- Handle multi-camera editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics (basic).
- Film content during trips using:

- High-end Cameras (DSLRs/Mirrorless/Cinema Cameras)
- Action Cameras (GoPro, Insta360, etc.)
- Drones (aerial filming, travel/adventure-focused)
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to conceptualize content ideas.
- Ensure video outputs align with brand guidelines and platform trends.
- Manage media files, project organization, and maintain workflow efficiency.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 4+ years of proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio/reel required).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Hands-on experience with filming equipment - drones, action cameras, gimbals, high-end cameras.
- Solid understanding of social media content trends, especially YouTube & Instagram.
- Knowledge of color grading, audio mixing, and cinematic editing styles.
- Ability to travel frequently and shoot on-location.
- Strong creative vision, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.

**Good to Have-**
- Experience in motion graphics/animation.
- Knowledge of photography & photo editing.
- Understanding of travel/adventure content aesthetics.
