- Supervise and guide the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Provide regular training and mentorship to team members.
- Evaluate team performance and offer constructive feedback.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards.
- **Market Development**:

- Identify potential markets and customer segments for business growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote the brand.
- **Reporting & Compliance**:

- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
