**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolve customer queries related to products, orders, returns, refunds, and shipping
- Communicate clearly with a fluent, neutral/UK-accented voice suitable for UK & European audiences
- Ensure adherence to company policies, including Amazon marketplace policies where applicable
- Escalate complex cases to senior teams and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems
- Strive for high customer satisfaction scores and meet performance KPIs

**Key Requirements**
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken English and a confident accent
- Prior experience in **voice process customer support** (preferably in e-commerce or marketplace operations)
- Familiarity with Amazon Customer Service processes is a strong advantage
- Ability to handle call volumes with patience and empathy
- Problem-solving attitude with good listening and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with CRM tools
