**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive - International Voice Process

**Location**: Noida, Delhi

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for an **International Voice Process** role. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls from international customers, primarily in the US. If you have excellent communication skills, prior experience in customer service, and the ability to work in rotational shifts, we would love to hear from you

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Handle and resolve inbound customer queries effectively over voice calls.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns.

**Eligibility Criteria**

**Education**:

- Undergraduate or Graduate in any stream.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process, preferably in US customer service.

**Skills**:

- Exceptional English communication skills (verbal).
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

**Work Details**
- **Shifts**: Rotational shifts (24x7 operations), primarily aligning with US timings (night shifts).
- **Work Days**: 5 days a week with rotational offs.
- **Weekly Offs**: Two rotational days off per week.

**Compensation**
- **Salary**: Up to ₹45,000 CTC/month (₹41,000 take-home).
- Additional perks and benefits will be discussed during the interview process.

**Other Requirements**
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and during night hours.
- No planned leaves within the first 3 months of joining.
