**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Crude Oil, Gas oil, and Gasoline Trading**: Execute and manage trades for crude oil, gas oil, and gasoline in alignment with the company's trading strategy.
- **Market Analysis**:Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the oil trading landscape.
- **Relationship Management**:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and other industry professionals.
- **Geographical Focus**:Specialize in trading activities within the Middle East, India, and Africa, staying abreast of regional market dynamics and regulatory changes.
- **Risk Management**: Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to safeguard the company's interests and optimize trading outcomes.
- **Book of Trades**:Leverage a minimum of 10 years of industry experience to bring a substantial book of trades to the table, contributing to the overall success of the trading desk.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal policies, staying informed about changes that may impact trading activities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 10 years of Experience**: Proven track record in oil trading with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- **Market Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of the oil trading market, specifically within the Middle East, India, and Africa.
- **Book of Trades**: Demonstrated ability to bring a significant book of trades to the organization.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to make informed trading decisions.
- **Relationship Building**:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key industry players.
- **Risk Management**:Proven experience in developing and implementing effective risk management strategies.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
