Job Responsibilities:

  • Trade Execution: Actively execute strategies across various instruments such as Gold, Silver, Crude Oil, Natural Gas, Agri options/futures (MCX), BTC, ETH, altcoins (spot/derivatives on Binance, Bybit, etc.), Indian Index Options (Bank Nifty/Nifty), and ETFs (NSE/BSE). This includes directional, range-bound, neutral, momentum, reversal, breakout, and news-based strategies, along with structured trades like Spreads, Straddles, Strangles, Ratio Spreads, Delta-neutral setups, Iron Condors, and Butterflies.
  • Market & Data Analysis: Track global cues, inventory reports, macro data, IV, Greeks (delta, gamma, skew), price action, volume, funding rates, open interest, and on-chain/off-chain data to identify trading edges.
  • Risk Management: Implement strict stop-loss, position sizing, and hedging. Monitor MTM, margin utilization, and drawdowns in real-time.
  • Trade Logging & Review: Maintain detailed trade journals and participate in regular review sessions to refine strategies.

Skills:

  • Experienced or knowledgeable in relevant markets (MCX Options/Futures, Crypto, Indian Index Options, ETFs, Ratio Spreads).
  • Understand Greeks and volatility.
  • Analytical, calm under pressure, and focused on consistency.
  • Able to interpret market data, charts, and news for directional trading.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-volatility environments; consistent and process-focused.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Excel, Opstra, Sensibull, TradingView, MT4/5, Binance, Bybit, Deribit, Tensor Charts, Coinglass, APIs, or basic scripting (Python) is a plus.
  • Understand liquidity, volume spikes, and market structure; think in probabilities.
