**Key Responsibilities/ requirements**:
**1.**_**Financial Reporting**:_
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.

**2.**_**Taxation and Compliance**:_
- Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory filings.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for audits and tax assessments.

**3.**_**Budgeting and Forecasting**:_
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor budget variances and provide analysis and recommendations to management.

**4.**_**Internal Controls and Process Improvement**:_
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial and accounting systems.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).**:

- **Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.**:

- **Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.**:

- **Should be at a level of finance controller.**:

- **Should have an experience of team handling minimum 5-7 members**

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Agra, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
