**Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - PE Fundraising & Strategic Finance**

A fast-growing Proptech firm is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s financial strategy, with a strong focus on Private Equity (PE) fundraising, private placements, and institutional investment management. The CFO will play a critical role in driving the next phase of growth by managing financial operations, securing capital, and ensuring long-term financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Fundraising & Capital Strategy**: Lead and execute strategies for PE fundraising, private placements, and institutional financing.
- **Investor Relations**: Build and nurture relationships with private equity firms, family offices, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and institutional investors.
- **Financial Planning & Analysis**: Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and investment strategies to drive profitability and business expansion.
- **Compliance & Governance**: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, corporate governance standards, and statutory reporting requirements.
- **Strategic Leadership**: Collaborate with executive leadership on decisions related to capital structure, mergers & acquisitions, and overall business strategy.
- **Risk Management**: Establish robust financial controls, risk assessment frameworks, and transparent reporting systems.
- **Performance Optimization**: Oversee budgeting, cash flow, and financial resource allocation to maximize return on investment.
- **Team Leadership**: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team while promoting a culture of accountability and financial excellence.

Key Qualifications:

- CA / MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in finance.
- Proven success in PE fundraising, private placements, and managing institutional investor relations.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and capital market dynamics.
- In-depth understanding of compliance, governance frameworks, and risk management protocols.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in Proptech, real estate, or investment management sectors is a strong advantage.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹6,000,000.00 per year
