**Job Summary**: The COO will be responsible for providing leadership, developing business strategies, overseeing company operations, and ensuring that the organization achieves its goals. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to drive business success while upholding the core values and ethics of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement high-level strategies, align business objectives, and manage overall operations and resources.
- Lead business expansion, forge strategic partnerships, and oversee business development to ensure revenue growth.
- Represent the company in front of the board, stakeholders, and external bodies, ensuring effective communication and transparency.
- Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.
- Oversee financial performance, investments, and budgeting, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Set performance goals, monitor performance metrics, and ensure the delivery of key projects.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to senior leadership, enabling team success and development.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (10+ years) in executive leadership, with a track record of success in IT, software, or related industries.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of diverse business functions such as marketing, sales, finance, and HR.
- Experience in leading and managing large teams with a focus on innovation and growth.
- Knowledge of SaaS platforms, ERP systems, and cybersecurity solutions is preferred.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
- MBA or similar advanced degree in business or related fields is preferred.
