**Job Description: Sales Executive**

**Location**: [Remote]

**Salary**: Minimum 12,000 monthly

**Experience**: Minimum 6 months in sales, preferably in real estate and finance sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and generate new business opportunities in real estate and finance sectors.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

3. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

4. Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to the needs of individual clients.

5. Negotiate and close deals effectively to maximize profits.

6. Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the real estate and finance sectors.

7. Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve organizational goals.

**Qualifications**:
1. Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets.

2. Knowledge of the real estate and finance sectors is essential.

3. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong negotiation and closing skills.

6. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
