- **Lead Generation**: Identify and target prospective clients through market research and networking.
- **Inbound Calls**: Attend and respond promptly to incoming calls from potential or existing customers, answering inquiries and providing relevant product information.
- **Sales Presentations**: Present products and services to prospective clients over the phone or in person, emphasizing key features and benefits.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business success.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing, as well as competitor offerings to handle customer questions effectively.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and closed deals using CRM systems.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals and strategies.
