**Job Title**: Retail Salesperson

**Location**: Pawsitive Pet Care, Gaur City 2, Greater Noida West.

**Shift Timings**: 9:30 AM - 9:30 PM (12-hour shift)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in finding the right products for their pets.
- Handle billing transactions using **My Billbook** software efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure the store remains organized and well-stocked.
- Update stock records and inventory in your free time.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for both customers and their pets.
- Provide information on pet care products and services as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of billing software, especially **My Billbook**, is a plus.
- Comfortable handling pets and interacting with pet owners.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift (9:30 AM - 9:30 PM).

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
