- Production Supervisor / Incharge**

**Experience - Minimum 1 to 2 Yrs.**

**Qualification - B.E ( Mechanical )**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Handling production equipment.

2. Planning & organizing production schedule.

3. Production planning (Yearly, Monthly, Weekly & Daily basis)

4. Daily reporting to upper management.

5. Assembling and inspecting machinery parts.

6. Monitoring product shipment.

7. Planning and organising production schedules.

8. Essentials planning as per production planning including polymer, master batch, packing material, production consumables etc.

9. Manpower planning & handling.

10. Monitoring & evaluating internal production processes.

11. Monitoring & evaluating internal production processes.

12. Reduce scrap generation.

13. Purchase indenting & GRN through ERP.

14. Dealing with sales team regarding orders update on daily basis.

15. Preparation of monthly documents like costing evaluation, wastage analysis, dispatch details, stock reports, wages details, dispatch plan.

16.Maintaining of production documents on daily basis.

17. Report on defective products or machinery.

18. Set production goals and communicate them to key personnel.

19. Provide motivation, support and guidance to all Labour.

20. Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management.

21. Plan, direct and coordinate scheduling and production activities of the organization based on sales demand to achieve quality products completely and on time.

22. Ensuring that materials, labor and equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets.

23. Manage the performance of the team to meet or exceed targets: productivity levels, quality standards, and utilization/efficiency objectives.

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
