**Job Summary**:
The Production In-Charge will oversee and manage daily operations of the soda/soft drink manufacturing unit. This includes supervising production processes, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, optimizing efficiency, and managing the production team to meet output targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Production Management**

1. Oversee the entire beverage production process - blending, carbonation, filling, capping, and packaging.

2. Monitor production schedules and ensure timely execution to meet demand.

3. Optimize production line performance for maximum efficiency and mínimal downtime.

4. Coordinate with the maintenance team for routine and preventive maintenance of machinery.

**Quality & Compliance**

1. Ensure compliance with FSSAI, BIS, GMP, and HACCP standards.

2. Conduct regular quality checks at critical control points - CO₂ levels, Brix, pH, taste, appearance, etc.

3. Work closely with the QA team to troubleshoot product deviations or quality complaints.

**Team Leadership**

1. Supervise and train machine operators, line workers, and shift supervisors.

2. Enforce safety protocols and PPE compliance across the production floor.

3. Schedule shifts and allocate manpower effectively.

**Inventory & Documentation**

1. Manage raw material and packaging inventory (sugar, concentrates, CO₂, PET bottles, crowns, labels, etc.).

2. Maintain production reports, shift logs, and equipment usage records.

3. Report daily output, losses, and machine performance to senior management.

**Continuous Improvement**

1. Identify areas for productivity and quality improvement through lean manufacturing practices.

2. Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) based on root cause analysis.

3. Support the commissioning of new machinery or product lines.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
