Key Responsibilities:

- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and motivate the team to achieve operational goals. Provide direction, guidance, and support to staff during the shift.
- **Operational Oversight**: Ensure efficient workflow by coordinating tasks and setting priorities. Monitor team performance and address any operational issues promptly.
- **Training & Development**: Train new employees and conduct ongoing training for existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Evaluate team member performance through regular feedback, assessments, and performance appraisals.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor service and product quality, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of shift activities, including inventory levels, safety incidents, and employee performance, and report to management as needed.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in management or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in [specific industry, e.g., retail, hospitality, manufacturing].
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle conflict resolution and provide constructive feedback.
- Proficient in standard office software and ability to adapt to new technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
