**Production Assistant - Lithium-Ion Battery Manufacturing**

**Location**: Panchkula
**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: 0-2 years
**Education**: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in daily **production activities** on the shop floor
- Operate and monitor **battery assembly machines** and tools
- Perform quality checks during and after production
- Help maintain **production logs, shift reports, and inventory records**:

- Support senior engineers in improving productivity and process efficiency
- Ensure safety and cleanliness in the production area
- Report any technical issues or faults to supervisors

**Required Qualifications**:

- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in **Electrical or Electronics**:

- 0-2 years of experience in a **manufacturing or production role**:

- Basic understanding of **electrical circuits, battery systems, or electronics assembly**:

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience in **battery manufacturing, electronics assembly**, or **automotive components**:

- Knowledge of **soldering, crimping, or battery testing tools**
