We are seeking a highly intellectual and academic person to join our team as a **Fresher Strategic role,** this role demands a combination of strategic thinking and practical execution skills to implement our product successfully at client locations and bring high impactful outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the successful deployment and adoption of our product at client sites, ensuring mínimal disruption and maximum value.
- Analyse complex client requirements and business challenges to develop tailored solutions.
- Engage with clients to align implementation strategies with broader business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and user satisfaction.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to facilitate seamless transitions and product understanding.
- Identify opportunities to improve the product based on client feedback and market insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field
- Recent passouts are preferred

**Preferred Skills**:

- Ability to think critically, adapt quickly, and manage multiple priorities.
- Intellectual and quick problem solving
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.

**Salary package - 10 LPA**

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 per year
