**Executive - Indirect Procurement**: - Job Id: 6775- City: Pune, Maharashtra, India- Department: Procurement- Function: SCM- Employee Type: Permanent Full Time- Seniority Level: Associate- Description: - **Position: "Indirect Procurement"** Exp: 3 to 7 Qualification: BE / Btech Location: Pune **Purpose**: This position will be responsible for on-time delivery of materials at the designated place from Supplier and their query resolution. Supplier and other stakeholders’ co-ordination, keeping track of delivery schedule, Inspections, PO Amendments, Project milestones, query resolution, post po management etc. are the large part of the job. **Pre-Requisite**: Position is required to look after indirect procurement of (capex, MRO, Consumables etc.), other project materials ARC etc. for individual projects. This role will support the lead category manager. **Roles and Responsibilities** - Closely work with category manager to deliver the KPIs - Ensure that all contracting, and procurement activities are conducted in accordance with policy and sound, ethical, business practices. - Work closely with the Project Management Office, Project Engineering Department, construction team; Facilities, Maintenance and Finance departments to ensure all project / budget requirements and schedules - are met. - Conducting techno commercial evaluation of offers and Cost Estimation. Finalization of the offers in the budgeted cost and Releasing Orders. - Follow-up and expedite the delivery. - Timely Communications within & outside team & with Suppliers & Contractors. - Supplier Management & Evaluation to create wider Supplier base to have collaborative approach for our requirements
