Position: Procurement Representative Contingent

Location: Pune Kharadi

Working time : UK shift 12 pm 9 pm (cab facility)

Please note  this is full time Contractual position & May after sometime convert into Permanent.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for indirect categories.
  • Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor market trends and conduct spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Manage RFQs, RFPs, and vendor selection processes.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost savings, supplier performance, and contract compliance.
  • Support digital procurement initiatives and process improvements.
