Attend enquiries to convert walk-ins into admissions.
- Receive and attend to enquiries through phone calls and various other means of marketing
- Assist new applicants in completing all administrative formalities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly targets as defined by the Management
- Handle parents face to face explaining the admission process, fees structure and any other queries they may have regarding school.
- Update student details in the School ERP system.
- Manage the re-enrolment (rollover students) of current students for the succeeding year.
- Oversee the network of parents, former parents and alumni to assist in the admissions program.
- Keep relevant statistics on all aspects of the admission and re-enrolment program.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Administrator.
- Handle parent grievances in a systematic manner and report them to the Chief Administrator immediately.
- Update the Chief Administrator on the day to day work activities
- Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.
- Collaborate with the program coordinators to organize presentations for admission inquiry purposes.
- Perform School administrative and clerical activities when needed.
- Build broad knowledge on School admission activities and guidelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
