Job description

Job Description for: “Relationship Associate”
- Attend enquiries & convert walk-ins into admissions.
- Receive and attend to enquiries through phone calls and various other

means of marketing

- Assist new applicants in completing all administrative formalities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly targets as defined by the

- Handle parents face to face explaining the admission process, fees

structure and any other queries they may have regarding school.
- Update student details in School ERP system.
- Manage the re-enrolment (rollover students) of current students for

the succeeding year.
- Oversee the network of parents, former parents and alumni to assist in

the admissions program.
- Keep relevant statistics on all aspects of the admission and reenrollment program.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Administrator.
- Handle parent grievances in a systematic manner and report them to

the Chief Administrator immediately.
- Update the Chief Administrator on the day to day work activities
- Explain about admission procedures and courses offered to the
