Job Description for Cloud Sales Associate
- Customer Sales Associate responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending cloud plans according to their needs/requirements.
- Ultimately, you will make sure that our customer feels like we are a company that offers excellent support during both pre-sale and after-sale procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via support tickets, phone calls, and chats.
- Identify customer needs/requirements and helping them choose the best plans while explaining specific features.
- Following up with the customers to make sure that their issues are resolved.
- Sharing Customer feedbacks with our Sales, Product and Marketing team

**Requirements**:

- Exposure as a Customer Sales Associate.
- Exposure to cloud computing
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities

Salary: ₹15k to 20k Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Flexible shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

**Experience**:

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
