**Job Description: Career Counselor (Interior Design Institute)**

Our mission is to empower students to transform spaces through innovative design.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Reach out to leads generated through various channels (website inquiries, social media, etc.).
- **Course Promotion**: Explain our interior design programs, curriculum, faculty, and career prospects.
- **Lead Conversion**: Nurture leads, address queries, and encourage enrollment.
- **Maintain Records**: Keep detailed call records and progress reports.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with our admissions team to ensure a seamless enrollment process.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th grade or higher education.
- **Communication Skills**: Fluent in the English, Kannada and Hindi language (spoken and written).
- **Enthusiasm**: Passionate about interior design and education.
- **Empathy**: Ability to understand student needs and provide personalized guidance.
