**What are we looking for?**

**What would you do?**

1. **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling and follow-up communications.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and determining if our services/products are a good fit.

2. **Sales Presentations**:

- Conduct engaging sales presentations over the phone to inform potential clients about products/services.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits to clients.

3. **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Address client queries and provide solutions in a timely manner.

4. **Sales Tracking**:

- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Monitor sales metrics and report progress to the Sales Manager.

**5. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and provide feedback on customer needs.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and improve sales techniques.

6. **Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
- Attend training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in sales or telemarketing roles.

**Language Proficiency**:

- English: Fluent, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tamil: Fluent, with the ability to engage with Tamil
- speaking clients effectively.
- A plus to have basic conversational efficiency with Hindi.

**Skills**:

- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit.

**Application Process**:

Typically, will include 2 in-person rounds/Virtual round(s), 1 with HR and one with the CEO/General Manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
