3D Animator Job Description

A 3D Animator is responsible for bringing characters, objects, and environments to life through animation in three-dimensional space. The job involves creating compelling and realistic animations for various projects, including films, video games, commercials, and more. Key responsibilities typically include:
Creating 3D Models: Designing and creating 3D models of characters, props, and environments using software like Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.

Rigging: Setting up skeletal structures (rigs) for characters to enable movement and animation.

Animating Characters and Objects: Bringing characters and objects to life by creating and implementing animations, including movement, expressions, and interactions.

Collaboration: Working closely with other team members, such as animators, modelers, and designers, to ensure animations align with project requirements and vision.

Iterative Refinement: Receiving feedback and making adjustments to animations as necessary to meet project goals and standards.

Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of industry trends, techniques, and software updates to continuously improve skills and workflow efficiency.

Meeting Deadlines: Completing assigned tasks within designated timeframes and contributing to project milestones.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proficiency in 3D animation software such as Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.

Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, weight, and character performance.

Experience with rigging and character animation techniques.

Creativity and attention to detail to create engaging and realistic animations.

Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.

Ability to adapt to feedback and iterate on animations to meet project requirements.

A portfolio showcasing previous animation work and skills is often required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
