**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Create 3D Models**: Develop high-quality 3D models, textures, and assets based on conceptual designs, briefs, and reference materials.
- **Asset Optimization**: Ensure assets are optimized for performance, with consideration for frame rate, memory, and overall software performance.
- **Environment Design**: Design and build 3D environments, props, and scenes with attention to detail and visual consistency.
- **Textures & Materials**: Create realistic and stylized textures, materials, and shaders that fit the look and feel of the software's aesthetic.
- **Collaborate with Developers**: Work closely with software engineers and developers to integrate 3D assets into the project pipeline, ensuring seamless integration with the software.
- **Visual Direction**: Assist in maintaining the visual consistency and quality of the product, following art direction and providing creative input.
- **Animation & Rigging** (if applicable): Rig and animate 3D models for interactive features, gameplay, or simulation purposes.
- **Prototyping**: Develop rapid prototypes to demonstrate design ideas and workflows.
- **Quality Assurance**: Review and optimize 3D assets to meet technical specifications and project deadlines.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Proficiency in 3D software**: Strong knowledge of industry-standard 3D software such as Blender, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, or ZBrush.
- **Texturing & Shading**: Experience with texturing tools (e.g., Substance Painter, Adobe Photoshop) and shader creation.
- **3D Rendering**: Familiarity with rendering engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity, V-Ray).
- **Knowledge of Asset Optimization**: Understanding of polygon budgets, LOD (Level of Detail) creation, and performance optimization.
- **Experience with game engines** (optional, based on company focus): Knowledge of Unity, Unreal Engine, or other relevant game engines is a plus.
- **Strong attention to detail**: Ability to create clean, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing assets.
- **Collaboration**: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments including development, design, and QA.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing previous 3D work (models, environments, textures, animations) is required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree** in Art, Design, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
- **Experience with VR/AR** (if applicable to company’s focus).
- **Experience in Game Development** or interactive software creation.
- **Knowledge of coding or scripting** for asset manipulation (e.g., Python, MEL, C#).
- **Animation experience** for games, simulations, or digital media.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
