**Key Responsibilities**:

- Paint 3D printed models and miniatures with acrylic colors using brushes.
- Ensure high-quality detailing, shading, and color accuracy in all projects.
- Work closely with the design team to understand the required themes and color schemes.
- Maintain consistency in style and finish across multiple projects.
- Take care of tools, brushes, and materials to ensure their longevity and effectiveness.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in acrylic painting, especially on small or detailed surfaces.
- Strong skills in hand-painting and brush techniques.
- Keen eye for detail and color matching.
- Ability to work on intricate designs with precision and patience.
- Familiarity with 3D printed models or miniatures is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work in miniature painting or similar projects is required.
