**Job description**

Creative:

- Responsibility of 3d lighting and shading to deliver mesmerizing outputs in all kinds of interior, exterior and product lighting environments as per the requirement. to visualize the best suiting lighting ideas and develop the looks/treatments as per the project requirements.

Look_Development - He should create look development of the CG assets in co-ordination with CD along with TL.

Technical:

- Understanding of colour theory, composition, light, and form. In depth understanding and execution of 3d video lighting and still lighting pipeline and rendering process

Intermediate-level compositing experience (Nuke), using 3d lighting engines and rendering settings to generate photorealisitc and stylized lighting

Optimize and troubleshoot lighting and rendering problems in a fast paced environment,

Complex_Material - He should deliver the projects with precise materials and should have the sense for complex materials, their behaviour with light according to the project requirement

Color_Harmony - He should deliver the projects with unique compositions and color harmony according to the project requirement. The understanding for the print and digital industry is required, should be able to deliver the project with required color management system. He should be well versed with retouching concepts and should be able to deliver the projects with required passes, in addition he should be well - versed with texturing concepts as well.

File_Management - Should be absolutely clear and precise with the file management system and should guide the team for better managemant system from previous experience(if any). Should also help the collegues on the relevant queries.

Software:

- 3ds max,maya, substance painter, forest pack, Photoshop and illustrator, z-brush, mudbox, craft director

Interpersonal skills:

- Ability to problem solve and predict potential problems with assigned tasks, Ability to communicate clearly and professionally (written and orally) to studio group partners Open to learn and teach new technologies.Self-motivating, creative, energetic, well-organized, able to work independently and also a good team player.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
