3D Generalist

Rotoris, the luxury watch brand synonymous with precision engineering and bold creativity, is seeking a talented 3D Generalist to join our exceptional in-house team dedicated to pushing boundaries in product storytelling, digital experiences, and cutting-edge visual design.

**Role Overview:**

As a Senior 3D Generalist at Rotoris, you will bring your proven expertise across the entire 3D pipeline, encompassing modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation. Your pivotal role will involve crafting high-end visuals and cinematic product renders that epitomize Rotoris' commitment to luxury, precision, and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead end-to-end 3D production for product renders, brand films, marketing visuals, and digital experiences.

• Create top-tier 3D assets through modeling, sculpting, texturing, shading, and lighting techniques.

• Develop realistic product visualizations with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on photorealism.

• Collaborate closely with designers, animators, and creative directors to breathe life into concepts.

• Ensure optimal 3D asset performance across various platforms, including web, social media, AR/VR, and video.

• Mentor and guide junior 3D artists to enhance the overall team output.

• Stay abreast of the latest tools, plugins, and industry trends to enhance workflow efficiency.

**Requirements:**

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a 3D Generalist, preferably in an agency, studio, or product brand setting.

• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or equivalent software.

• Expertise in texturing and shading using tools like Substance Painter, Mari, and Photoshop.

• Hands-on experience with render engines like Redshift, Octane, V-Ray, or Arnold.

• Strong grasp of animation principles and the ability to create motion-ready assets.

• Knowledge of compositing (After Effects, Nuke, Fusion) is a plus.

• Strong artistic sense: color, composition, lighting, realism, and storytelling.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with attention to detail.
