We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our marketing initiatives to the next level.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1.⁠ ⁠3D Modeling & Texturing
Create high-quality 3D models of vehicles, environments, and props with proper topology.
Optimize assets for animation and rendering.
2.⁠ ⁠Rigging & Animation
Rig vehicles (suspension, wheels, steering) for smooth movement.
Animate realistic car movements (acceleration, braking, turns, and drifts).
3.⁠ ⁠Lighting & Rendering
Set up HDRI and realistic lighting for 3D scenes.
Optimize render settings for high-quality outputs using Blender Cycles, Eevee, or Octane.
Ensure realistic reflections, shadows, and motion blur for immersive visuals.
4.⁠ ⁠Collaboration & Optimization
Work closely with designers, animators, and video editors to achieve the best results.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging 3D technologies.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:
Proficiency in Blender (Maya, 3ds Max are a plus).
Strong skills in modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, and animation.
Experience with Substance Painter, Quixel Mixer, or Photoshop for texturing.
Knowledge of render engines (Cycles, Eevee, Octane, Redshift).
Ability to optimize assets for animation and rendering.
Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in 3D workflows.
