**Overview**:
As a 3D Motion Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and dynamic animations, bringing ideas and concepts to Products.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1) Conceptualization and Storyboarding:

- Collaborate with creative teams to understand project objectives and develop conceptual ideas.
- Create storyboards and conceptual sketches to outline the flow and visual narrative of animations.

2) 3D Modeling and Texturing:

- Utilize 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya) to design and create three-dimensional assets.

3) Animation and Motion Graphics:

- Develop dynamic and visually compelling animations using keyframing, rigging, and other animation techniques.
- Integrate motion graphics seamlessly into live-action footage or interactive projects.

4) Rendering and Optimization:

- Render high-quality animations and ensure optimization for different platforms and delivery channels.
- Troubleshoot and address technical challenges related to rendering and performance.

5) Work closely with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, video editors, and creative directors, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to projects.

6) Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in 3D design, animation, and motion graphics. And bring innovative ideas and techniques to the team to maintain a cutting-edge approach.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a 3D Motion Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and animation software (Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, Adobe Premiere, After Effects etc).
- Solid understanding of design principles, composition, and storytelling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: ₹11,915.42 - ₹35,322.54 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
