**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Offline Clinic Sales
**Location**: Kharadi, Pune (Work From Office Only)
**Shift Timings**: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
**Working Days**: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off)
**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist walk-in patients, providing detailed information about **FlexifyMe’s** services and offerings
- Support lead conversion efforts by clearly communicating value propositions
- Manage appointment bookings, follow-ups, and resolve customer queries
- Maintain accurate daily records of leads, consultations, and bookings
- Coordinate closely with physiotherapists for smooth operational flow
- Uphold a high standard of patient experience and service delivery at the clinic
- Minimum **6 months of experience** in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent **English communication** and interpersonal skills
- Confident, enthusiastic, and quick learner with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work from the clinic full-time (No remote or field work)
