**Position**: Operation Executive Intern
**Location**: KOLKATA
**Duration**: SIX MONTHS
**Department**: Operations

**Stipend**: 5000 per month

**Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Executive Intern to join our team. The intern will assist in streamlining daily operations, improve processes, and support the execution of operational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations management in a professional and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing and monitoring daily operational processes.
- Support in coordinating between different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in data entry, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
- Participate in process improvements and optimization initiatives.
- Provide general support to the operations team and assist with special projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advance Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
