We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Chief Operating Officer (CA Intern)

Principal responsibilities
- Updating the various trackers to keep them available for reporting on a real time basis to support the various senior management ask.
- Support with WMS tool to raise HAT’s as per requirement.
- Support with Anaplan tool - make regular updates and continuous reconciliation for accurate forecasting.
- Be involved in ad hoc data analysis requirements within the team.
- Overall, this will help the interns understand the FTE forecasting, tracking, and reporting process.
Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Perusing Professional accounting / finance / management qualification - desirable
- Budget and cost management experience
- Resource planning & management
- Analytical and problem-solving skills and Attention to detail
- Good Excel skills, comfortable working with large spreadsheets
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Financial oversight and financial reporting
- Ability to summarise large data set for leadership consumption
- Self-starter
- Stakeholder management
