**Full-Cycle Recruiting**: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening and interviews to offer negotiation and onboarding.

**Requirements**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience as an IT Recruiter, with a strong focus on technology roles.
- Proficient in utilizing job boards (LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster Indeed, etc.), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment tools.
- Solid understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and the IT job market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
