We are looking for a Full Time On-site US IT Recruiter to work under HR at our Chennai Office. You will be responsible for managing full cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across different technologies, industries, and clients. You will be part of a dynamic team of recruiters, with excellent opportunities for growth and learning in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 0.6- 5 years of experience in IT recruiting required, with a focus on US and international hiring
- Experience with recruiting for a wide variety of roles across different technologies, industries, and clients
- Experience managing full recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, screening, negotiating and closing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail

- Work hours is from **8.30 am CST to 5.30 pm CST hours**:
