**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive **Commercial Executive** to join our Finance team. The role involves managing distributor and super stockiest claims, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing timely resolution of claim-related queries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Claims Management**:

- Handle day-to-day claims from distributors and super stockists, including verification and processing.
- Conduct in-depth verification of claims related to discounts, rebates, QPS (Quality Product Support), and dealer subsidies.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all claims in compliance with company policies.
- **GST and Compliance Oversight**:

- Ensure proper accounting of GST impact on credit notes issued for rebates, discounts, QPS, and dealer subsidies.
- Assist in resolving GST-related issues or discrepancies in claims.
- **Query Resolution**:

- Address and resolve claim-related queries from distributors and super stockiest.
- Liaise with internal teams to clarify and rectify discrepancies in claims.
- Provide proactive communication to stakeholders regarding the status of claims.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare monthly and quarterly claim MIS (Management Information System) reports.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for review meetings, providing actionable insights.

**Skills Required**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in claims processing and accounts management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, and dashboards).
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage distributor and super stockist relationships.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
