As part of this transformation, we are building strong digital production capabilities to ensure our content, websites, and marketing experiences are seamlessly executed and optimized for impact. The **Digital Producer II** will play a critical role in bridging business objectives with digital execution. This role is responsible for translating marketing and content requirements into actionable production plans, coordinating across creative, publishing, and development teams to deliver high-quality digital assets. The Digital Producer I will also support content management within CMS platforms, ensure adherence to brand and quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvements in our global digital operations. We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving setup, integration, and support of SaaS-based Marketing Technology (MarTech) solutions, including connections with enterprise systems. This individual combines digital production expertise with analytical and technical acumen to enable seamless content operations, optimize system integrations, and enhance the overall effectiveness of our global digital ecosystem. **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES** - Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather business requirements, define priorities, and translate them into executable digital or technical tasks. - Create and maintain documentation including requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to guide development and content execution. - Partner with product, engineering, and MarTech teams to support setup, integration, and optimization of CMS and marketing technology platforms. - Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business and functional expectations. - Manage project tracking tools to monitor progress, update tickets, and communicate task status transparently. - Track and report on key project metrics, timelines, and SLAs to ensure accountability and performance. - Identify opportunities for automation, workflow improvement, and operational efficiency across publishing and technical delivery processes. - Maintain process documentation, guidelines, and best practices; support onboarding and training for content and publishing teams. - Manage and publish content updates across General Mills brand websites, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with brand guidelines. - Conduct pre - and post-publishing quality checks, including layout validation, link testing, and functional reviews. - Support campaign launches, website migrations, and enhancements by coordinating tasks across creative, publishing, and development teams. - Troubleshoot publishing or display issues and work with technical teams to resolve them promptly. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** - ** Education**: - Minimum: Bachelor’s degree (Information Systems, Marketing, Business, Communications) - Preferred: Master’s degree - ** Experience & Skills**: - Minimum 4+ years of experience in digital production or as a technical business analyst within website or product development teams. - Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems and eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, a
