Our Interactive team strikes a balance between big-picture thinking and meticulous attention to detail. We are looking for an exceptional Interactive Producer to join our Marcom Interactive team, where you’ll be working directly with creative and technology teams and a wide array of business stakeholders. You’ll play an integral part in leading Apple's overall digital presence across communication and retail platforms.

**Description**

Leading and executing the production of large-scale digital marketing initiatives, including management and execution of Apple's product and service programs, including product launches, marketing campaigns and corporate projects within the interactive space. Key responsibilities include: Produces marketing content for multiple digital platforms and partners (owned and external). Communicates high-level concepts and business strategy succinctly to all levels of the organisation. Fosters strong relationships and collaborate effectively with brand, strategy, creative, technology and other cross-functional teams to produce digital marketing campaigns of varied scope and complexities. Recommends solutions and does not shy away from standing behind the right solution. Collaborates and scopes complex digital projects with multiple partners, builds positive relationships, and leads a multidisciplinary team toward desired results. Identifies risks and dependencies in cross-functional program plans, and takes appropriate action to mitigate risks and handle partner expectations. Organizes information quickly and summarises it succinctly to work under tight deadlines.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- 8 years experience in digital marketing, with at least 4 years of experience guiding both technology and creative teams through complex projects.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in digital communication platforms and technologies, with a strong focus on overseeing marketing campaigns within the marketing communications industry.
- Deep understanding of interactive marketing platforms and their role in delivering compelling experiences throughout the customer journey.
- Possess deep understanding of visual design, web development processes and user experience principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Thrives working in dynamic environment based on creative and technology.
- Possesses strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of digital landscape, and the ability to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organised and loves to craft efficiencies to further streamline processes.
