Lead UI Designer

We at Crimson Interactive are looking for a Lead UI Designer

Work Location: Goregaon-west, Mumbai

Minimum years of experience : 7 years

We are looking for Lead UI Designer with a strong interest in creating user interface applications with a pixel-perfect look, feel, and designs. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts and transform them into attractive, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Job responsibilities

• Work with the design team to provide user interface design solutions across digital platforms.
• Create wireframes, storyboards and sketches to deliver beautiful and intuitive products.
• Work very closely with product managers and the UX designers to ensure that the visual design is accurately implemented
• Provide both inspired rough concepts and high-quality final designs.
• Ensure designs are produced on time and to very high quality .
• Keen eye on finer details in design principles, concepts, layout, alignment, visualization etc.
• Communicate design ideas with the stakeholders and product team and reiterate designs if required.
• Able to design for all platforms (Web, Mobile Android and iOS, Desktop)
• Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality.

Job requirements

• Superb communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong portfolio of design work.
• Proficiency in design software like FIGMA, Photoshop & Illustrator
• Dedication to exceptional user experiences with obsessive attention to detail.
• Creative problem-solving skills & Critical thinking
• Ability to perform tasks independently and take ownership in respective work areas.
• Flexibility and openness to suggestions and feedback
• Team player, Target & Result oriented.
• Most importantly, Ready to learn new technologies & designs trends as & when required
• Experience & Knowledge of UX Design
