Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Lead to join our team and drive the design vision for our digital products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, leadership capabilities, and experience in user-centered design principles.

Youll Lead a Team Of UI/UX Designers And Collaborate Closely With Product Managers, Developers, And Other Stakeholders To Deliver Outstanding User

  • Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, ensuring high-quality design output.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on user and business needs.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and standards.
  • Advocate for best UI/UX practices and user-centered design across the company.
  • Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.
  • Experience with user research, A/B testing, and usability analysis.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
