Role Description:

We are now looking for a
UI/UX Designer
to lead the design of intuitive, visually engaging digital experiences at 12Grids and enhance the overall user experience across our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end design process — from user research and ideation to high-fidelity UI designs and developer handoff.
  • Translate complex requirements into simple, elegant, and intuitive user experiences.
  • Conduct usability testing and user interviews, and turn insights into actionable design improvements.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and design flows that clearly communicate interaction and functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design decisions with business objectives.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
  • Use data and feedback (user behavior, analytics, A/B testing) to iterate and optimize designs.
  • Stay ahead of UI/UX trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Advocate for the user's perspective while balancing brand identity and business needs.

Requirement

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio of web and mobile projects.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch (plus Photoshop/Illustrator for visual assets).
  • Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and conducting usability testing.
  • Ability to
    interpret user research and data analytics
    into actionable design solutions.
  • Familiarity with
    design systems, component libraries, and brand guidelines
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy
    .
  • Excellent
    collaboration and communication skills
    to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A mindset of
    continuous learning
    and staying up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
