Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with our UX Head, Product Managers, and engineers to conceptualize and execute seamless UI designs across various platforms including mobile apps, web apps, and websites.
  • Design delightful UI elements like icons, illustrations, and animations that elevate the user experience.
  • Create component, widget & template-based designs which can be easily reused.
  • Bridge the gap between design and development by translating designs into detailed UI specifications and providing assets.
  • Develop creative strategies to boost user engagement and retention through design.
  • Conduct A/B testing, analyse results, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the UI.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI Design and a master of responsive design, ensuring flawless experiences across desktop and cloud-based applications.
  • Expertise in Interaction Design, UI Design, Motion Design, and Visual Design.
  • A proven track record of creating design systems and establishing visual languages for products from scratch.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator and After Effects
  • Experience with 3D software like Blender (a plus).
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. You can balance the need for high-quality design with the speed required for rapid iteration.
  • A portfolio showcasing your best UI work.
