We're now expanding our 
on-site design team in Mumbai
 and looking for a creative, detail-driven 
UI/UX Designer
to craft engaging, functional, and visually stunning mobile and web app experiences.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UI/UX Designer located in Mumbai. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for the visual design and creation of mockups, developing user interfaces, improving user experiences, and collaborating with the front-end development team. Daily tasks include conducting user research, designing wireframes and prototypes, and ensuring design consistency across all digital platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Design and prototype intuitive interfaces for 
    iOS, Android, Web-App, and Website
    .
  • Create a unified design system ensuring consistency across platforms.
  • Develop 
    flash intro screens
    , 
    payment gateway pages
    , and smooth onboarding flows.
  • Collaborate with the product and tech team to turn concepts into live experiences.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback & analytics.
  • Deliver pixel-perfect handoffs to developers and ensure design fidelity.

You'll Work On

  • Mobile-first design for our Flutter apps (iOS + Android)
  • Web dashboard interfaces
  • Payment & subscription flows
  • Brand visuals and interactive prototypes

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing 
    mobile-first
     and 
    responsive web design
    .
  • Proficiency in 
    Figma
    , 
    Adobe XD
    , or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of 
    user-centered design
    , typography, and color theory.
  • Great attention to detail, communication, and creativity.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with 
    micro-interactions
    , 
    motion design
    , or 
    intro animations
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    Flutter
     or 
    React
     handoff workflows.
  • Knowledge of 
    conversion-optimized design
     for checkout/payment journeys.
