**Creative development**: Shape the storyline, define the tone and style, pitch new ideas, and oversee script and storyboard development.
- **Team and talent management**: Hire and manage the production team, including directors, screenwriters, and casting directors.
- **Project management**: Create and maintain project schedules and budgets, assign tasks, and ensure all work is completed on time and within scope.
- **Problem-solving**: Address and resolve creative and logístical challenges that arise during production.
- **Budget and finance**: Manage the budget, negotiate contracts, and secure funding for the project.
- **Quality assurance**: Ensure the final product meets quality standards and aligns with the project's objectives.
