**Job description**

**PROJECT MANAGER: Water supply & Sewage**

**Education Qualifications/Experience and Skills**:
Ø B.E./B.Tech/M.Teh in Civil Engineering.

Ø Minimum 10 yrs experience in similar job and similar industry/project.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Planning, Monitoring and controlling the project.
- Adopting any delegation and use of project assurance roles within agreed reporting structures.
- Planning the work to be done, Hiring getting the necessary personnel, also and assigning the right duties to the right people.
- Preparing and maintaining project, stage, and exception plans as required.
- Completion of the project within the stipulated time frame and budget.
- Coordination with concern departments and clients.
- Creating a list of tasks, estimating the cost and time of each task.
- Assigning tasks to the various contractors and subcontractors.
- Tracking activities in a project from beginning to end.
- Working with vendors.
- Managing supplies.
- Monitoring Project Progress and Set Deadlines.
- Solving problems that arise.
- Ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
- To evaluate the performance of the project.

SKILLS:
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
