**About the role**

An exciting opportunity to join our dynamic operations team has become available, as Supply Chain Coordinator within Bibendum Off Trade. You will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end supply chain for multiple retailers, convenience groups, national pub groups, exports and other ‘Route to Market’ accounts. You’ll be focusing primarily on multiple retailers and convenience groups, and over time will demand an understanding of the operations of the entire team.

You’ll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, possess excellent communication skills, a proactive, detail-oriented approach and, most importantly, want to be a part of a close-knit, highly collaborative team.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Managing and tracking direct from supplier orders
- Coordinating and optimising UK held orders
- Overall responsibility for invoicing and Supply Chain debt for selected accounts
- Acting as the primary point of contact for selected customers’ supply chain teams
- Managing and investigation of delivery queries
- Managing and keeping all data on Netsuite up to date (creatin and amending items, price adjustments, following up price and cost agreements)
- Developing and promoting good service levels and supply chain efficiencies
- Weekly stock reports, updates and meetings with internal account team
- Following up on supplier ready dates and shipping updates
- Supporting export order requirements with the correct documentation

**About you**
- Ability to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Proactive communicator with strong communication skills
- High degree of accuracy & attention to detail
- Strong numerical skills
- Inspired to deliver results as part of a close-knit team
- Tenacious and hardworking
- Intermediate-Advanced in Excel and proficient in Microsoft suite
- Knowledge of Netsuite & JDE platforms is a benefit but not essential, as training will be provided

**Qualifactions/ Previous Experience**
- Knowledge of FMCG or retail, specifically within supply chain
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced operations role
- Experience in order capturing and invoicing
- An interest in and knowledge of wine is desirable
