**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and track new tender opportunities related to water supply, sanitation, and pipeline projects.
- Download, review, and analyze tender documents including technical & financial terms.
- Coordinate with technical teams to prepare BOQs, technical bids, and project-specific documentation.
- Prepare pre-qualification (PQ), expression of interest (EOI), and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses.
- Handle the online tender submission process through various e-procurement portals.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders with 100% compliance to guidelines.
- Manage communications with government departments, vendors, and internal departments for document compilation.
- Maintain proper filing and tracking of submitted tenders and bid documents.
- Assist in post-tender follow-up, clarifications, and negotiations as required.

**Skills Required**:

- Sound knowledge of government tendering procedures (especially in the water sector).
- Familiarity with GEM, e-Tendering portals like PHED, Jal Shakti, CPWD, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail, time management, and multi-tasking ability.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience in water pipeline projects, STP, WTP, irrigation, or urban water supply systems.
- Previous involvement in EPC/LSTK government projects.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
