We are looking for an enthusiastic Quality Associate to join our dynamic, multi-award-winning, and fast-growing team at CreditEnable and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals.
The primary task of a QA will be call monitoring and sharing actionable insight and ensure high value turnover client segment in line with organizational objectives.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- To listen/monitor calls and fill up the evaluation from. This listening comes in the form of recorded calls, live calls, and side-by-side barging.
- Training - Agents need to be trained on quality policies and procedures. This should start in agent training so that all new hires understand the expectations of a quality call.
- Feedback - A session with an individual agent needs to be conducted by the QA about the outcome of the call monitored or audit findings
- To conduct calibration sessions with operations and training team.
- Generating daily, weekly & monthly Quality Reports.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.
- Excellent English proficiency with very good comprehension and writing
- Minimum 5 years’ Experience as a Quality Associate specific in NBFC/Banking sector.
